2- Through our application you can create your smart Digital menu for your restaurant. Your clients will be able to order direct from your menu by scanning the QR Code or taping the NFC chip that you activated through our application. You can place the tag anywhere is needed in your restaurant.
3- Nano Sham tag it’s a small chip that is using NFC functionality and is working with all the devices that they have NFC technology incorporated.
4- You can activate the tags through our application and put them on the table. Once the client tap it with the phone he willreceive a link to your menu that you made it through our application before.
5- Our app is highly secured and encrypted 100% and therefore protected so nobody can change or delete any information that you stored in the tag.
6- Moreover, through our app you can create an online store to sale your products and the customers can order direct from your website.
7- The app has two options for receiving the orders, by WhatsApp or Admin Panel. If you choose the Admin Panel you have to create an username and a password so you will be able to access the list of your orders and print it as an excel file.
8- Within our app you have the option to see how many viewersyour profile has.
9- You can copy your profile link and share it through your Instagram or Facebook page or any other social media, as per your interest.
7. Refund policy: We do not refund the subscription payments. Once the Client paid, the money are not refundable. However you will have a free trial period of 15 days.
8. Personal information of users collected by App: We do not collect any data from the app but we might call you in case we need something important.
9- We cannot access the user’s Admin Panel. In case that the user lost the Data it’s not our fault because we don’t have access in user’s category. The user have full access in he’s Admin Panel through the application (password, email, items list, edit/add category list, etc.)
If the user deleted the items by mistake they can be add it again from the Add category button within 1 minute.
10- The App Server is located in USA.

11- We disclaim our responsibility in case the password is lost or stolen by someone else. We cannot recover your account. But you still have the option to recover your account by clicking on ‘Forgot my password’ and using the email registered in your account.
The app is not using your personal passwords so in case of stolen or lost password you can easy create a new profile and add your categories though the app.
